Terms of SiggieFest

1. All of your siggies, whenever you use them or wherever you display them, must be linked back to http://www.enchantedbay.com. It is such a simple, little thing to do, really, so please remember to do this.

2. Your membership fee is non-refundable once you receive your first set of siggies. Sorry, but I have a samples page, and if you don't like what's up there, you probably won't like what you will receive so please, if you don't like it, don't sign up to begin with.

3. No slicing, dicing, recoloring, resizing, etc. Basically - do not change anything on these tags. If you would like an alteration made, please email me and we can discuss it :)

4. Your membership fee is for a lifetime membership to the list. I am not offering any time period less than lifetime. It's just a hassle to keep up with extra membership times with more than one site. Yes, I use aMember but ffs it can get confusing, especially when making a bundle of tags for someone who actually expired yesterday :D

5. If I close/end the SiggieFest list (as in, it is no longer operating and sending tags) with prior notice, I will try to compensate lifetime members with other things such as limited time memberships to a members' area or some purchaseware goodies. However, if I just disappear, I think its obvious that won't happen :) So I will try to keep updating as much as I can.

6. I cannot go back and make you members' tags retroactively. Your tag deliveries start with the next batch. Sorry, but I usually toss out the master copy after they've been delivered.

7. I reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. By signing up with SiggieFest, you agree to abide by these terms, whether you actually read them or not.
